Smaalenene. An old name, a new way to sell.
Our concept is something quite our own. We want to stand out and deliver a more complete product than our competitors — that little bit extra at every stage, on competitive terms. We do it with the best agents the region has to offer and concepts that give the best possible result. We have one focus: making your property sale an experience unlike anything you have seen before. You are welcome to drop by for a chat at our office in Rådhusgata 7A in Askim.
The company was founded in January 2023 and is led by managing director and partner Martin Mjørud. Our professional lead is Harald Bjørgengen. Together with Pål Engum Jørgensen, Andreas Aanonsen (MNEF), Susanne Anette Haugli Stone, assistant estate agent Nicholas Kolokotronis Johnsrud and trainee Simen Aleksander Lunde, there are seven of us at the office.
Our home ground is Indre Østfold — Askim, Spydeberg, Mysen, Trøgstad, Hobøl and Eidsberg — but we also sell a lot in Rakkestad, Marker, Skiptvet and down towards Follo. We know the prices, the housing estates and the smallholdings — and we know what buyers ask about.
